Why Millet Noodles? :-
Unlike Maida based noodles, Ragi millet noodles are a modern twist on traditional noodles, blending the nutritional benefits of ragi (finger millet) into a popular convenience food.
INGREDIENTS:- Ragi millet noodles are typically made from a blend of ragi flour (finger millet flour) and whole wheat flour and salt.
FOR SEASONING :- Spices and Condiments (Red Chilly, Coriander, Cumin, Cinnamon, Cloves, Anise seed, Turmeric, Stat Anise, Pepper, & Ginger),
Salt, Sugar, and Lemon Salt (E300).
HOW TO PREPARE:-
• Boil 1litre of water after adding few drops of any cold pressed oil and a pinch of rock salt to it.
• Add your Utpanna Little millet noodles to it and cook for few mins until has a firm bite.
• Drain the hot water and rinse it with cold water.
• Sauté some green vegetables in a pan and toss the noodles with some pasta sauce. Season with the masala required.
• Nutritious Millet noodles are ready to serve.
