How can I return an item already purchased from UTPANNA?
When you place an order from UTPANNA, we try our best to fulfill your product quality and service expectations from us. However certain cases may arise where you still need to cancel an order.
If you have received an item (Other than Dairy products, Fruits & Vegetables, Snacks & Sweets, Healthy Breakfast category) with a defect, or damaged condition, To return an item, you can reach out to +91-9777457746 or you can mail us at orders@farmerspure.com with complete order details.
Can I cancel my order already placed from UTPANNA?
Yes. You can cancel the order from my account page if the order is not dispatched from the source. If the order is already dispatched from the source station, if you want to cancel the order, you are requested to share details reach out to +91-9777457746 or you can mail us at orders@farmerspure.com with complete order details.
- Order details like Order ID, Order Date, etc.
- Reason for return/replacement of the item
- Images clearly showing a damaged, defective/missing product in the order
Our Support team will confirm the return request after receiving the details from you and will inform you about the return/cancellation completion process. It is advised that the returned items should be adequately packaged. The final decision of the request will lie with Utpanna and cannot be contested.
When and on what terms you can return the shipment?
At Utpanna, we are committed to making your purchase experience as smooth and delightful as possible. There could be differences in the color or taste of certain products due to it’s handmade or processing differences. There will be no acceptance of cancellation due to such a request as the quality of the product remains always the same. There is no return to be accepted for Dairy products, Fruits & Vegetables, Snacks & Sweets, and Healthy Breakfast category product items unless strong evidence is available., Utpanna allows a return of products for 2-3 days after delivery in all the following cases:
- Item/Product is defective, used, altered or the seal of the package is broken
- Physical damage to the box or the Item/product
- The packet was empty / some items or product/products was/were missing.
- Significantly different from the specifications given by the vendor (wrong weight, or material-related issues)
Please ensure that the Item/product is in unused and in original condition, with the seal unbroken and includes everything from the package e.g. price tags, labels, original packing, invoice in place while requesting for cancellation.
